Remember the Comparison Center is a place for our customers to compare and contrast the different technologies available in our industry. Without confusing them, we want to offer some descriptions of each.

To break the ice, what I normally ask first if the customer had been to any of our stores recently. If they have not, great, tell them that we just recently launched an exclusive program called, "Comfort by Color," and only at Mattress Firm could you experience this type of dedication to their customer.
Pretty much you have 5 different types of mattress, all 5 made differently and it's designed to make your shopping experience easier, more fun, and simpler. How does that sound?
