Ever since CBC has been rolled out I have noticed a tremendous increase in clearance sales. Has anyone else noticed this? I think it is because customers feel more at ease when we explain our new process to them. I'm sure it also has to do with our awesome new clearance program. With both of these new programs being in place I can't wait to keep track of sales records in the near future!!!!! Good luck to all and CBC rules!!!!!!

This cbc is the best and newest way to sell and explain to customers on a new way to buy a mattress. It's been the same for me the past years since I started back in 1994. Most recently with the mattress info tag I had customers that were a yellow, they picked (with my assistance) the cape horn firm, which they saw had the highest coil count with the strongest gauge wire,
Be a helpful clerk, but don't forget there are no b-backs,
Take the business
Ross n Cincy p.s. the finishing touch to the cbc would be a colored tag for the beds in stock or clearance.

I agree with Ross that this is a great new process. The stories are everywhere of customers literally picking beds themselves when we have multiple ups. It just makes giving our customers a true experience that much easier.
It would kind of be nice to have color tags also, he might be on to something there.
